Order Processing
Each piece of framed pop art is made to order. This allows us to maintain exceptional print quality and careful craftsmanship. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During busy periods or new collection launches, processing times may extend slightly.
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a tracking link once your artwork has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

Rest of World: 7–15 business days
These timeframes include production and transit.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your chosen artwork. From time to time, we offer free or discounted shipping promotions.
Packaging
Your artwork is securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use protective materials and sturdy packaging designed specifically for framed prints.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.
Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, customs or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Issues & Delivery Attempts
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your artwork arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at anthony@framedpopart.co.uk and we’ll resolve it quickly. Please include your order number and photos if applicable.
