Returns

What is your return policy?

As all our products are custom-made and printed on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. This is in accordance with the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, which provide an exemption for personalized and custom-made goods.

However, if there is a defect with your product or an error with your order, we are committed to making it right. Please see our quality guarantee below.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged in transit, we will gladly send you a free replacement.

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please send a photo of both the damaged product and the outer packaging to anthony@framedpopart.co.uk. We cannot send a replacement without proof of damage, as this is required for us to file a claim with our courier.

What is your quality guarantee?

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an order with a manufacturing defect, such as an error in printing, we will handle it at our expense. Please contact me at anthony@framedpopart.co.uk with a photo of the issue, and we will be happy to assist you.

What types of products do you offer?

We specialize in high-quality framed pop art, offering a range of products to suit your style. My main product categories are:

•Framed Posters: Beautifully printed posters in a selection of classic frames.

•Mounted Framed Prints: A premium option where the print is mounted before framing for a sleek, professional finish.

We offer a variety of frame styles, including classic black, white, and wood finishes, to perfectly complement your artwork and home decor.

What kind of paper do you use for your prints?

We are committed to providing exceptional quality, which is why we use premium paper for all our prints. You can choose between two main paper types:

•Enhanced Archival Matte (230gsm): A high-quality, heavyweight matte paper that provides a beautiful, non-reflective finish and ensures the longevity of your print.

•Photo Satin Midweight (260gsm): A mid-weight satin paper that offers a subtle sheen, enhancing the vibrancy of colors and giving your artwork a professional, photographic feel.

Can I cancel my order?

Because all our products are custom-made to order, we can only accept cancellations before the production process has begun. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has entered the production phase, we are unable to cancel it.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to produce my order?

All our products are produced on-demand to ensure the highest quality. Production typically takes 1-2 business days from the time you place your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to you. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

United Kingdom | 2-5 business days

International | 3-8 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, public holidays, or customs processes that are outside of our control.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your order’s journey and see its estimated delivery date.

What should I do if my order is late?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, we recommend waiting an additional 2-3 business days, as minor delays can sometimes occur. If your order still has not arrived after this time, please contact me at anthony@framedpopart.co.uk with your order number and customer name. We will investigate the issue with our shipping partners to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Do you have order cut-off dates for holidays?

Yes, to ensure your orders arrive in time for major holidays and events like Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day, we have recommended order-by dates. Please check our website for announcements regarding these cut-off dates as each holiday approaches.
