1. Overview

I am committed to ensuring you are delighted with your purchase. Each piece of framed pop art is custom-made and printed on demand especially for you. Due to the bespoke nature of my products, my refund and cancellation policy has specific conditions, which are outlined below.

This policy is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which provide an exemption for tailor-made and personalised items.

2. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me at [email protected] as soon as possible.

Because all orders are custom-printed, they are sent to production shortly after being placed. I can only cancel an order if it has not yet entered the production phase. Once an order is in production, I am unable to cancel it.

3. Returns and Exchanges

As every framed pop art print is custom-made to your specifications, I do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items. All sales are final unless the item you have received is damaged or defective.

This exemption for bespoke and personalised goods is in accordance with UK consumer law. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

I take great care in packaging my artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or has a clear defect, I will resolve the issue at my expense.

To report a problem with your order, please follow these steps:

1.Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order at [email protected].

2.In your email, please include:

•Your order number.

•A clear description of the issue.

•Photographs of the damage or defect. This is required to process your claim.

5. Refunds or Replacements

Once I have received your email and reviewed the photographs, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.

If your claim is approved, you can choose between:

•A full refund to your original method of payment.

•A free replacement of the same item.

I will process your approved refund or replacement request within 1-2 working days.
